Aimed specifically at a school audience, the DESCOLA is a program of creative activities in the main municipal cultural spaces, sustained by the close collaboration between mediators, artists and teachers.

Marking the beginning of the school year, we will receive teachers of the 3rd cycle of primary education and secondary education in the Museum of Aljube to introduce the activities for students and teachers programmed for 2018-2019 by the municipal cultural spaces, and compiled in the DESCOLA program.

From 12:00 pm you can visit the new temporary exhibition on the 0th floor of the museum, former parlatory of the Aljube prison.

Theatre – “Amores na Clandestinidade” [Loves in Clandestinity] [Online]
This documentary paly, analyzes affective and family relationships through interviews with people who participated in the anti-fascist struggle in Portugal, as well as their children who grew up accompanying their parents and, often, in the absence of them. 50 years ago: Joaquim Pinto de Andrade trial, Angolan nationalist – Online Conversation
In the year that marks the 50th anniversary of the trial of Joaquim Pinto de Andrade, the Museum of Aljube Resistance and Freedom joins Diana Andringa, Ferreira Fernandes, Mário Brochado Coelho, Adolfo Maria and Ondjaki, for a conversation that will be broadcast online, march 30 at 15h.
